The Newark Lefcourt building, located at 1180 Raymond Blvd one of the tallest buildings in Newark.  It stands 448 feet tall with 35 floors.  The frame is rigid steel and the art deco facade is brown brick limestone.  This grand Art Deco building was gutted from floors two and up and converted to a high end LUXRY rental building. The exterior and Lobby are National Historical Landmarks.
